My first sighting of a Lesser Sand Plover at Soldiers Beach Rock Platform on Feb 2014.
Lesser Sand Plovers are also called Mongolian Plovers at Soldiers Beach Rock Platform on Feb 2014.

They look a little like a Double-banded Plover in non-breeding colours.
